Alert Actions
Manage your notification groups and define how alerts are delivered when a rule is triggered.
Overview
Alert Action Groups allow you to bundle multiple recipients and notification methods (e.g., Email, Slack, SMS) into a single reusable object. This group can then be assigned to any number of Alert Rules.

Managing Alert Actions
Navigate to Monitoring > Alert Actions to view your existing groups. The list displays:
- Group Name: The identifier for the action group.
- User List: Members assigned to receive notifications.
- Alert Method: Channels configured (e.g., Email, Slack).
Adding a New Action Group
- Click the Add New button (or "Add New Action Group").
- Details: Enter a descriptive Group Name.
- Users: Select the team members from your organization who should be notified.
- Notification Methods: Choose the channels to use (e.g., Email, SMS, Slack).
- Click Save to create the group.
Updating an Action Group
- Locate the group in the list.
- Click the Edit (pencil) icon.
- Modify the users or notification methods as needed.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Deleting an Action Group
- Click the Delete (trash) icon next to the group.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog.
Note: This will remove the action group from any Alert Rules currently using it.
