General Settings
Manage the core configuration of your Status Page, including branding, localization, and external links.
Branding
Navigate to Design > Settings > Basic Information (or appropriate tab) to customize:
- Title: The name of your status page.
- Logo: Upload your organization's logo (Normal and Large versions).
- Favicon: Upload a custom browser icon.
- Footer Description: Add a custom message to the footer.
Links & Socials
Connect your status page to your other properties:
- Website URL: Link back to your main website.
- Help/Support Links: Configure the "Contact Support" destination.
- Social Media: Add links for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Slack.
Localization & Time
- Time Zone: Set the default time zone for your status page (affects how times are displayed to users).
- Organization Name: The legal or display name of your entity.
Advanced Configuration
- Global Announcement: Set a banner message visible on all pages (e.g., for major outages or holidays).
- Google Analytics: Add your tracking script ID to monitor page traffic.
