General Settings

Manage the core configuration of your Status Page, including branding, localization, and external links.

Branding

Navigate to Design > Settings > Basic Information (or appropriate tab) to customize:

  • Title: The name of your status page.
  • Logo: Upload your organization's logo (Normal and Large versions).
  • Favicon: Upload a custom browser icon.
  • Footer Description: Add a custom message to the footer.

Connect your status page to your other properties:

  • Website URL: Link back to your main website.
  • Help/Support Links: Configure the "Contact Support" destination.
  • Social Media: Add links for Twitter, LinkedIn, and Slack.

Localization & Time

  • Time Zone: Set the default time zone for your status page (affects how times are displayed to users).
  • Organization Name: The legal or display name of your entity.

Advanced Configuration

  • Global Announcement: Set a banner message visible on all pages (e.g., for major outages or holidays).
  • Google Analytics: Add your tracking script ID to monitor page traffic.
