Audit Log

The Audit Log provides a comprehensive record of all activities within your Incipulse organization. It allows administrators to track changes and investigate incidents.

Viewing Logs

  1. Navigate to Audit Logs in the sidebar.
  2. The log displays a chronological list of events, including:
    • User: Who performed the action.
    • Action: What happened (e.g., "Updated Component", "Resolved Incident").
    • Action Details: Specifics of the change (Old Value vs New Value).
    • Timestamp: Date and time of the event.

You can find specific events using the tools provided:

  • Search: Enter keywords to find relevant logs.
  • Server-side Filtering: Results are filtered directly from the server for performance.
