Feature Requests

Engage with your community by enabling the Feature Request portal. This allows users to suggest improvements.

Enabling the Portal

  1. Go to Settings (or relevant configuration area).
  2. Ensure the feature request capability is enabled for your organization.
  3. This adds a "Suggest a Feature" link to your status page.

Managing Suggestions

  1. Navigate to Feedback > Feature Requests.
  2. Review: See a chronological list of incoming suggestions.
  3. Details:
    • Title: The core idea.
    • Description: Detailed context provided by the user.
    • User: Who submitted the request.
    • Timestamp: When it was submitted.

Usage

Users can submit requests via the "Suggest a Feature" dialog, providing a title and description of their idea.
