Building the Future of
Incident Management
We're on a mission to help DevOps teams deliver reliable services, reduce downtime, and communicate transparently with their users through superior status pages.
Our Story
InciPulse was founded in 2019 by a team of SREs and engineers who had experienced firsthand the chaos of managing critical outages at fast-growing tech companies.
We saw teams scrambling during downtime, struggling to calculate MTTR, sending inconsistent updates to status pages, and spending hours on manual post-incident reporting. There had to be a more automated way.
Today, InciPulse powers the incident response lifecycle for over 500 companies worldwide, helping them maintain 99.99% availability, communicate transparently, and resolve technical issues faster.
